I love looking back at the old ads - and they give an accounting of the buisness history of Culver even if they do not give an exact location for the business. Looking through the ads from 1970 forward one can see that many a business have used the same ad format/logo whether they advertise in the Culver Citizen, Marshall Shopper, Plymouth Pilot, Lake Directory, Real Estate magazines, years book or any other special publications - which is interesting in its self too.
