Vandalia Railroad Boathouse Lease  The Lease is Between the Vandalia Railroad and Arthur Morris it is dataed Sept. 30, 1911 Culver, Indiana Boat & Bath house commencing January 1, 1912 Rent $175.00 per year. To be paid 7-15 each year begining with year 1912. This was the bathhouse at the east end of the park.      and also had a map of the railroad property and the location of the boathouse attached to it.
