Lake Maxinkuckee Its Intrigue
|
||
Hidden Inn![]() The area of the lake and who owned this Inn is still a mystery. Some have said that it is the Palmer House But by the photos of the shore line of the Palmer House area during the different years - there is no connection to it at all by what I can see. ![]() The above is the original and I cropped out just the building areas and gradually took it up in size by one size. In my opinion the grounds area resemble nothing of the photos of the Palmer house area. More careful study and investigation of the whereabouts of this property is needed. The buildings are intriguing - to the left looks as if there is a Gazebo that has several areas and roofs - there looks to be cottages behind the next couple of trees. Maybe the main building to the far right almost hidden except for tell-tale evidence that there is some type of building behind it. The shoreline looks as if to be scalloped as such: ![]() but I could be wrong too on that. the first being the largest, this as large as I can go without distorting it and to fit on this I had to crop only a section of it for viewing - |
