There use to be rental cottages on the property and through the 1960's and 1970's they were tore down slowly all that remains is the garage/apartment, 2 cottages and the tool shed/cottage besides the main house.

Ruthann Kersey lived in the big garage that was directly in back of the house the front part was converted into living quarters; it was accessed via the alley off of Forrest Place or College Avenue.

Daniel Bradley is having the old house standing on his property at Bunker Hill tore down in preparatory to building a 7 room residence this fall.
and on 8 Oct 1903 is found:
Al Keen has the contract to build Daniel A. Bradley's new house and began work last week.
