Lyons 29th Annual Fair

This year The Lyons Community Club, Inc., continues the custon which has become a tradition in this region. In order that the twenty-ninth annual Lyons fair could take place in the front ranks of its predecessors, no effort has been spared. True, there were obstacles to overcome. That this year's Fair could become a reality it was found necessary to ask of those attending a fee of 10 cents daily as an admission price. This is an emergency measure and is done only as a last resort after all other means of insuring the success of the three days of activity were tried. Heretofore, citizens were canvassed for donations befor the Fair was planned, but this was not done this year.

This is your Fair. It is not a profit-making project. Co-operation is vital and necessary to make it a success.
