McKee et al No. 1130 THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That Indianapolis Life Insurance Company, an Indiana corporation, of Marion County, in the State of Indiana Convey and Warrant to Lowell I. McKee and Alvin R. McKee, as joint tenants and to the survivor of them, of Greene County, in the State of Indiana for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the following REAL ESTATE, in Greene County, in the State of Indiana, towit: The northeast quarter of the northwest quarter; and the northwest quarter of the mertheast quarter; and the north half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter and the southwest quarter of the mortheast quarter except six and forty-one/100 acres (6.41) bounded as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the last decribed quarter quarter, running thence east five hundred fifty-ine (559) feet; thence north eighty-six and three-forths (86 3/4) degrees west up said open ditch five hundred sixty-one and one-half (561 1/2) feet to the section line; thence south six hundred and one half (600 1/2) feet to the place of beginning, all of said lands being in Section sixteen (16), Township six (6) north, Range six (6) west, containing in all one hundred thrity-three and fifty-nine hundredths (133.59) acres, more or less, in said Greene county; To have and to hold said real estate to said grantees, their heirs, executors, and administrators forever; and said grantors covenant withsaid grantee that said real estate is free of any encumbrances made or suffered by grantor, except taxes and assessments, and that grantor will warrant and defend the same to said grantee against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through, or under grantor, but against none other. Subject to all unpaid taxes and assessments. Subject to easement, restrictions, and conditions of record, including any right-of-way. In WITNESS WHEREOF, The said Indianapolis Life Insurance Company by Edward B. Raub, President, and Charles L. Rouse, Secretary, said officers beign authorized by Board of Directors to execute conveyances on behalf of said corporation, has hereunto set its corporate name and seal, this 8th day of March, A.
