Sintha A. Palmer to Thomas Edington

This indenture witnesseth that Sintha A. Palmer unmarried of Greene county in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to Thomas Edington of Greene county, in the State of Indiana for the sum of fifty dollars, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge the following real estate in Greene county in the state of Indiana towit: A part of the east half (1/2) of the north east quarter (1/4) of section three (3) town six (6) range seven (7) west beginning twenty-two (22) rods south of the north east corner of said tract running thence west ten (10) rods thence south sixteen (16) rods thence east ten (10) rods thence sixteen (16) rods to the place of beginning containing one acre more or less. In witness where of the said Sinthia A. Palmer has hereunto set her hand and seal this 2nd day of February A.D. 1901
